Youth Director – Neighborhood CARE Center

Part-Time | 20-30 hours/week | Up to $20/hour

The Neighborhood Care Center, a local faith-based non-profit, is seeking a part-time Youth Director to disciple and lead middle/high school students through relational ministry, teaching, and outreach. The position includes leading faith-centered youth programs for students ages 10–17, working with families, volunteers, churches, and community partners. Responsibilities include program coordination, volunteer recruitment, building relationships with families, mission trips, educational programming, and youth development initiatives. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Strong Christian faith, experience working with youth, and dependability are all desirable qualifications. 20-30 hours per week. Must have transportation.
